At Top 10 Podcasts, we believe the best client relationships are built on trust, alignment, and genuine enthusiasm for working together. That’s why every new engagement comes with our 30-Day Right Fit Guarantee.

If at any point within the first 30 days of working together either party feels the relationship isn’t the right fit — for any reason — we can cancel the contract and walk away cleanly. No penalties, no hard feelings, no awkward conversations about money.

How It Works

• The guarantee applies to the first 30 calendar days from the date your contract begins.
• Either party — you or us — may invoke the guarantee at any time during that window.
• Simply notify us (or we’ll notify you) in writing that you’d like to invoke the Right Fit Guarantee.
• We will cease work immediately upon mutual acknowledgment and issue any applicable refund for work not yet delivered within 10 business days.
• All work delivered up to that point remains yours to keep.

What “Right Fit” Means

We take on clients selectively because we want to do great work for every person we partner with. The Right Fit Guarantee exists because great work starts with great alignment. If our style, pace, communication, or approach doesn’t match what you need — or if we feel we can’t deliver what you truly need — it’s better for everyone to acknowledge that early.

This isn’t a performance guarantee or a results guarantee. It’s a mutual opt-out during an intentional trial window, designed to protect both sides.

What Is Not Covered

The Right Fit Guarantee does not apply after the first 30 days of the engagement. After that window, the terms of your signed contract govern the relationship, including any notice periods and cancellation clauses outlined therein.
